Job Overview:
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all of the resort’s dining and beverage outlets, including our restaurants, bars, and banquet services. This role is a perfect fit for a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. You will ensure every guest's dining experience is flawless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead all F&B operations, from staff training and scheduling to inventory management and budget control.
Develop and implement service standards to ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop appealing menus and special promotions.
Analyze sales data and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Ensure all F&B operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
At least 7 years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on food and beverage.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to resolve guest issues effectively.
Knowledge of current dining trends, wine, and spirits.
