Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with their check-in and luggage.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all guest needs, resolving issues and handling special requests promptly.

• Provide detailed information about resort amenities, local attractions, and dining options.

• Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance to enhance their experience.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the resort's brand standards.

  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in a front office or guest-facing role within the hospitality industry.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• A positive, empathetic attitude and a passion for customer service.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.

• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
