Job Overview:
The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the resort's cleanliness and guest comfort. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the housekeeping team, inspecting rooms, and maintaining our high standards of hygiene and tidiness. This position is for a detail-oriented and organized leader who takes pride in creating a spotless environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to our standards.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high cleanliness and quality benchmarks.
Manage housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
Address and resolve any guest concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment for all team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Good communication skills and a courteous demeanor.
