Job Overview:
The Resort Manager is a pivotal leadership role, assisting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the entire resort. This is an ideal position for an experienced and strategic leader who can manage diverse departments, from rooms and food & beverage to recreation and maintenance. You will ensure all operational standards are met, financial goals are achieved, and guest satisfaction remains our top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing all resort departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Implement strategic initiatives to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
Monitor departmental budgets and key performance indicators to meet financial targets.
Lead and motivate department heads and their teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Act as the main point of contact for major operational issues and guest concerns, providing effective solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
At least 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple departments and large teams.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management.
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is required.
